As a Certified Professional Resume Writer, Cappfinity-Certified Strengths Coach, and licensed educator with a Master of Education in Higher Education–Student Affairs Administration, I’ve built my career around helping individuals unlock their potential through education, reflection, and strategy. I’ve been recognized for award-winning contributions to student success initiatives and for developing programs that have earned national recognition from NACE for their innovation in career readiness.

At the core of my approach is the belief that I am first and foremost an educator. Whether in a classroom, a workshop, or a coaching conversation, I am committed to helping individuals grow personally, and professionally. I specialize in guiding people through moments of transition, equipping them with the clarity, tools, and confidence needed to move forward with intention.

My background in teaching high school English and directing and producing theatrical work continues to shape my leadership style—grounded in creativity, collaboration, and thoughtful project design. In addition to my institutional work, I am the founder of Future Finder, where I support students and professionals in clarifying direction, strengthening their narratives, and navigating career decisions with purpose.

With more than 10 years of experience across higher education and K–12 settings, I currently lead career education strategy, supervise professional staff, and collaborate with campus partners to embed career readiness into the student experience. My work focuses on designing and scaling high-impact, student-centered initiatives—including cohort-based programs, academic partnerships, and engagement strategies—that expand access, build confidence, and help students translate their experiences into meaningful post-graduate pathways.With more than 10 years of experience across higher education and K–12 settings, I’ve built my career around one consistent goal: helping people make sense of where they are and confidently navigate where they want to go.
